MUHS notifies mop up round schedule for Fellowship, certificate courses 2025

Maharashtra: The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, has announced the Mop-Up Round for filling vacant seats in Fellowship and Certificate Courses for the academic year 2025-26 through the centralised online admission process.
The Mop-Up Round will be conducted physically on February 18, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Teachers Training Institute (TTI) Auditorium, MUHS main administrative campus, Nashik, according to an official circular issued by the university on February 6, 2026.
The detailed schedule released by MUHS shows that updated vacancy lists will be published on February 11, 2026, followed by the Mop-Up Round allotment on February 18, 2026. Candidates allotted seats must join their respective training centres by February 20, 2026, while training centres are required to submit details of joined candidates to the university by February 23, 2026. Below is the detailed schedule-

4 | 18 February 2026 | Physically Present for MOP UP Round (MOP UP Round – Allotment is done on the basis of the allotment priority criteria prescribed by MUHS). 1 Registration of concerned applicants. | Time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM |
First of all, the applicants who have applied through the central online system and have submitted non-retention (For priority upgradation) after the second round of fellowship and certificate courses. (After II nd Round; Joined without Retention) such applicants should be given an Allotment Letter to issue by hand as per their (As per General Merit List as per) merit as per the available seats. | Time: After 1:30 PM | ||
Thereafter, the applicants who have applied for the vacant seats through the central online system and who have not got any allotment in the first and second round of any fellowship and certificate courses, such applicants (As per General Merit List) should be given admission according to the available seats (Allotment Letter to be issued by hand). | Time: After 2:30 PM | ||

The seat allotment during the Mop-Up Round will be carried out strictly as per the priority criteria prescribed by the university. Below is the criteria-
1 Maharashtra Domicile Applicant.
4 Superspeciality Degree (400 Marks), Post Graduate Degree (300 Marks), Post Graduate Degree attempts, Post Graduate Diploma (200 Marks), Under Graduate Marks, 12th Marks and if tie persist HSC Marks and Age Criteria have been applied as per individual case and as per policy of the University.
3 Ifthe Maharashtra Domicile Applicant is not available, then only Non-Maharashtra Domicile applicant(s) were considered as per such vacancy and their priority.
4 Separate merit number is generated as per the candidate’s PG, UG & 12th Course merit criteria (as applicable).
Also, about the above admission process, it is again made clear that the following types of applicants shall be eligible for the MOP-UP Round-
TYPE 1- Those applicants who have joined the allotted Training Centre and not submitted the retention form after allotment was done in the Second Round of Centralized online admission process for Fellowship / Certificate Course A.Y. 2025-26. (To participate in the MOP UP Round, only the concerned eligible applicant must remain physically present on the day of MOP up round.)
TYPE 2- Those applicants who have not got any allotment in the Second Round of the Centralised online admission process for Fellowship / Certificate Course A.Y. 2025-26. (To participate in the MOP UP Round, only the concerned eligible applicant must remain physically present on the day of the MOP UP Round.
Therefore, the above types of applicants willing to appear for the MOP-UP Round shall physically remain present at their own cost to above said venue and time with relevant original document(s)/self-attested photocopy of educational documents prescribed by the University. Candidate shall report within time for MOP-UP Round and no any delay in reporting/registration for the MOP-UP Round will be permitted. Applicant(s) selected in the MOP UP round will get the allotment letter by hand from the University.
