Glenmark Appoints Former Mankind Pharma Leader Kamlesh Gupta as Business Head
New Delhi: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has appointed Kamlesh Gupta as Business Head, marking a leadership addition aimed at strengthening the company's commercial operations and sales strategy.
Gupta brings more than 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales management, business development, and team leadership across multiple therapeutic segments.
Before joining Glenmark, Gupta was associated with Mankind Pharma, where he served as Deputy Divisional Sales Manager and played a key role in managing sales operations and leading field teams. During his tenure, he was involved in driving market expansion and strengthening the company’s presence across key product portfolios.
Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has built his career in pharmaceutical sales and commercial leadership. His academic background, combined with extensive industry experience, has enabled him to manage large teams and contribute to business growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, headquartered in Mumbai, is a global pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of branded, generic and specialty medicines across multiple therapeutic areas. The company has a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.
