AIIMS Raipur's Dr Raima Mariam John tops NEET SS 2024 ENT Group
Raipur- The results of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test- Super Speciality (NEET SS) Entrance Examination 2025 were recently declared. Dr Raima Mariam John of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur has topped in the SS entrance exam in the ENT group. Elated, AIIMS Raipur honoured her for the extraordinary achievement.
Dr Raima completed her MS in ENT from AIIMS Raipur in January 2025, clearing the prestigious exam in her very first attempt, outperforming candidates across India. Her achievement is a testament to her unwavering dedication, hard work and pursuit of academic excellence.
Her success has brought immense pride and joy to the entire AIIMS Raipur community, especially the ENT and Head & Neck Surgery departments. It further strengthens AIIMS Raipur's growing reputation as a premier centre of education, research and clinical excellence.
According to the TOI media news report, AIIMS Raipur Executive Director and CEO Lt Gen Ashok Jindal (Retd) said that this achievement underlines the institute's unwavering commitment to academic excellence, training by the faculty and the overall development of its students. Therefore, such achievements will serve as a bright inspiration for aspiring medical professionals across the country.
Meanwhile, the faculty members on behalf of the entire institute extended their heartiest congratulations and best wishes to Dr Raima for a future filled with continued achievements and contributions in the field of medicine. Her journey is an inspiration for generations to come. Dr Raima is now planning to pursue MCh in Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital Mumbai.
On this, Medical Dialogues has also reported that Dr Yash Jain from Kantabanji in Balangir district secured AIR 1 in the NEET Super Speciality (NEET-SS) exam 2024, conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Dr Jain scored 498 out of 600 marks.
