JIPMER invites applications for convocation ceremony 2026 for nursing, allied health sciences students

Puducherry: The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has announced its 12th Convocation (Nursing and AHS Courses) for the year 2026.
According to the official notification issued by the Dean (Academic), the convocation will be held at the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam JIPMER Auditorium, located on the JIPMER campus in Puducherry. The exact date and time of the ceremony will be announced shortly on the institute’s official website.
The convocation will cover the following programmes for candidates who completed their degree requirements in January 2026:
M.Sc. (Allied Health Sciences) & M.P.H. - Batches 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023
M.Sc. (Nursing) - Batches 2022 & 2023
B.Sc. (Allied Health Sciences) - Batch 2020
B.Sc. (Nursing) - Batch 2020 and additional batches
Eligible candidates are required to pay a convocation fee of ₹1,500 through SBI Collect (JIPMER - Payment Category: Certificate Processing Fee). Submit the convocation application through the prescribed Google Form link along with a scanned copy of the fee receipt. The last date to remit the fee and submit the application form is March 7, 2026.
The institute has specified that participants must adhere to a Traditional Indian Attire dress code for the ceremony. Graduation stoles will be provided on the day of the convocation.
Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the official website for updates regarding the convocation schedule and related instructions.
The notification has been issued with the approval of the competent authority and marks an important milestone for graduating Nursing and Allied Health Sciences students of JIPMER.
